Curriculum ‘ Catering And Hospitality Assistant’.
Today I received a call from Umang (name changed) an engineer by profession, whose house help has dropped out of school after her Grade 10 in 2017. He found my number from my google business listing and wanted to book an appointment for a counselling session to find out good career opportunities for this girl. When I mentioned I can do it pro-bono, he insisted to pay my fees. I mention this because it gives me hope that we have many people in our country who have good intentions and want to work towards empowering girls not only by supporting their education but taking guidance from a career counsellor.
It is a compete co-incidence that today I had planned to write about career as a kitchen assistant because I also wanted to include some skilled based careers in this series. `

Business Data Analytics As A Career
A stepping stone for a larger dream when the dream seems beyond limits is what I would call a Kitchen assistant.
I feel even those who do not have any professional culinary skills background but wish to open their own cafes or bistros or restaurants should do this diploma to get the hang of ‘inside the kitchen world’.
This is very useful info for those of us who are always on the look out to help women.
